We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- A return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for regular returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please contact us before sending any item back.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If there is a problem with your order due to any of the following:
- The item received is damaged during transit
- The wrong item was shipped
- The product arrives defective
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@beautyblossom.co.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
For approved returns involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Beauty Blossom will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics and skincare products cannot be returned, unless the item is defective.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
